1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses through our online shop RUYA Bracelet.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. By clicking the "Place Order" button, you are making a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of your order is sent along with the acceptance of the order immediately after submission by an automated email. With this email confirmation, the purchase contract is concluded.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices and include the statutory VAT. In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs for delivery. Shipping costs are clearly communicated to you during the order process.
5. Delivery and Delivery Conditions
Delivery is within Switzerland. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is made from the warehouse to the address you provided. The delivery time is 1-3 days unless otherwise stated in the offer. If not all ordered products are in stock, we are entitled to make partial deliveries at our expense, provided this is reasonable for you.
6. Payment
Payment can be made by credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions:
Withdrawal Policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
9. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
10. Liability
We exclude our liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty, provided these do not relate to essential contractual obligations, damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, guarantees, or claims under the Product Liability Act.

12. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these T&C be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains effective. In place of the invalid provision, the relevant statutory provisions apply.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The place of jurisdiction is Adliswil, Zurich. Swiss law applies.
